What we collect
Account information you provide when signing up (email, and optionally your name, education level and institution), and the study content you create in the app: courses and grades, routine entries, exams, notes, tasks, flashcards, focus sessions and assistant conversations.
How we use it
Your data is used to operate the features you use — calculating GPA, showing your routine, tracking progress and answering your study questions. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Access
Study data is scoped to your account with database-level access rules, so other users cannot read it. Support staff access is limited to what is needed to resolve an issue you report.
AI assistant
Messages you send to the AI study assistant are processed by a third-party model provider to generate a reply, and your conversation history is stored in your account so you can return to it. Avoid sending sensitive personal information in chat.
Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and browser storage for sign-in sessions and to remember preferences such as your light or dark theme.
Account emails such as sign-up confirmation and password reset are sent from our own domain. We do not send marketing email without your consent.
Your choices
You can edit or delete the content you create at any time from within the app. To request deletion of your account and its data, contact us at support@nuvorastudy.tech.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page. Continued use of NuvoraStudy after an update means you accept the revised policy.
